[Prowlies at the River]

This is excellent.

This probably had the best animation I have seen or will see on newgrounds. The water effects were amazing, and, although the 3d animated tree part was a little much, it was used well toward the effect of the film. I think the story could have used a bit of an overhaul, but for a short, light flash, it works well. Thank you.

Liked it...

I have been a fan of this series for awhile now, but it seemed to me like less time was spent on the animation and the words looked different, not necessarily a good different. Thicker. Still a very funny episode, and I really love the characters in salad fingers. Maybe new background music? Anyway, push the boundaries old man!

Meh.

I get it. I saw the stabby cartoons after shooty mcpistol was attacked. It was sort of funny, but I didn't really laugh out loud. The audience laughter at the end kind of made the movie, with the cheesy circle thing. Anyway, make the sound better quality next time around. That's all I have to say.

Maybe I just don't get sprite movies.

I'm probably really biased against sprite movies, so you probably shouldn't take this review too close to heart. But I don't see why anyone would take countless hours out of their lives to make a movie with absolutely no point. It pisses me off when I see good people make proffessional movies that have no reason to exist. It's like watching my cousin play mario brothers 3.

just want to say something

First of all, I have to say that the animation was very well done in this, at least in comparison to a lot of other stuff on newgrounds. I liked the pitcher especially. For this reason alone, this won't get blammed. But I'd like to take the time to talk about something. It seems like movies are voted on only for the quality of the animation, and no one cares any more about story, plot, and genuine entertainment. I mean NO offense, but there are a lot of things that I would say "wow" when watching it, but never think of hitting replay.

Respectable review. I understand exactly what your saying. The movie was just intended to make you smile and just think "Wow, if my future is like that, that would be awesome." Not a big story, but just a small point to deliver.

Overall excellent submission, a few problems

First of all I have to say that was really well done. A little long, maybe, but just dramatic enough to be cool. The sound thing you talked about, I didn't have any problems when I watched it, but I paused it where you said to. I'm not really aware of Megaman or his storyline, and a little backstory would have been better. overall pretty cool

oh, man, I should have seen that ending coming.

Definitely worth my time, kind of poorly made and a little on the retarded side, but was made all better by the whole lobster thing. Next time make it longer!
